Fox & Lapenne was the first law firm in Uruguay to file for and obtain protection for a new plant species from the Instituto Nacional de Semillas – INASE.
At present, Fox & Lapenne has a specialized department within the firm to deal with these matters and is currently processing an important number of applications.
